| 2010-04-26 13:29 Michael Libby | Import/Export: A student did a 2900+ stop motion animation and then forgot to compile it before trying to move it onto an external hard drive to then down load to another computer to edit. When he tried a window popped up saying something about there being too many frames and that it was going to or had to do something with the first 1000(I did not see this window myself). So by the time we tried to put it back into frame thief to compile, the first 1000 frames were missing, just black screen, then the following 900 or so showed up and compiled fine. We have searched everywhere and can't seem to find the missing frames. As I said, when we found the file and complied the images, it lists 2900 frames being complied, but only the second 900 show up. Any idea where the first 100o went? The student is so upset about the missing frames after working on this for weeks, so any information/advice would be appreciated.
